How Caldren works
A USDG advance is repaid from a chosen share of actual payments routed to an agreement. The payment route, not a revenue forecast, determines what can be claimed.
Agreement terms
The funder and provider choose the principal, fee and funder share in basis points. The funder deposits the principal. The provider draws it. The repayment cap equals the principal plus the fixed fee.
After the draw, the provider configures its x402-enabled service so the settlement recipient for eligible USDG payments is the agreement address. A standard ERC-20 transfer to that address is accounted for onchain. The provider claims the remainder of each receipt.
Where the money comes from
Customers pay the AI service for actual calls. The agreed share of those received USDG payments is allocated to the funder until the cap is reached. Caldren does not mint interest or guarantee calls, payments, volume or repayment speed.
Exits and control
Only the named funder can deposit. Only the named provider can draw. The funder can cancel and recover the principal after funding but before the provider draws; after the draw there is no recall, maturity date or guaranteed repayment. Either party may claim its allocated balance at any time after the draw. There is no administrator withdrawal function.
Material limitations
The contract cannot prove that every API call was billed or that the provider routes all business receipts through it. Payments sent elsewhere are not captured. A customer can stop buying, fail to pay, or pay in another asset. The funder may recover less than the principal. An accidental direct transfer after the draw can be treated as a receipt even if it was not generated by an x402 call. Tokens sent before the draw are not identified by sender and may become unrecoverable if the agreement is cancelled.
Service operators must verify that their x402 facilitator and wallet accept the chosen USDG token, network and contract address as a settlement recipient. The integration should be tested end to end before relying on the route. Do not infer Robinhood Chain x402 compatibility from this site alone. These contracts have not received an independent security audit.
Public testnet
A test-only tUSDG token and Caldren factory are deployed on Robinhood Chain Testnet. Agreement funding, draw, signed token receipt, both claims and pre-draw cancellation were confirmed onchain. This does not establish an end-to-end paid HTTP/x402 service.

Current availability
Caldren is in development. No mainnet agreement address has been deployed or approved. Do not send real assets to testnet addresses.
